2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Combine all spices in a small mixing bowl and gently stir to combine.
Store in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to a year.
