At your first appointment, we'll talk through your goals. We'll discuss your concerns and any symptoms. We take a diet history and we go through all relevant paperwork sent to us.
Using this information, we'll come up with a plan to help you achieve your goals. To feel confident that your doing the right things, have happier mealtimes and the confidence to prepare nourishing food for you and your family.
After your appointment, we'll send through a detailed personalised nutrition report with additional resources to support you on your journey. We will also make a treatment plan, scheduling in future appointments if they are requried.
