This nutrient rich smoothie is super easy to make and incredibly healthy, packed with superfoods including spinach, kale, cucumber, apple and banana! Ingredients
1 frozen banana, chopped
1 granny smith apple, choppped
1/2 pear, chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup kale
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
300ml coconut water
Directions
Chop and freeze banana overnight.
Chop apple, pear and cucumber.
Wash spinach and kale leaves.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Add 300ml coconut water.
Blend until smooth and serve between two glasses.
