Green Detox Smoothie

This nutrient rich smoothie is super easy to make and incredibly healthy, packed with superfoods including spinach, kale, cucumber, apple and banana! If you are hesitant to try a detox smoothie, let me assure you that with the clever combination of ingredients, there are no overwhelming tastes of kale or spinach!



Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, chopped

  • 1 granny smith apple, choppped

  • 1/2 pear, chopped

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach

  • 1/2 cup kale

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice

  • 300ml coconut water



Directions

  1. Chop and freeze banana overnight.

  2. Chop apple, pear and cucumber.

  3. Wash spinach and kale leaves.

  4. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  5. Add 300ml coconut water.

  6. Blend until smooth and serve between two glasses.
