Cooking Classes:

Cooking is an essential life skill and is also a fun and engaging way to learn about healthy eating and nutrition, suitable for every age group. We offer options to cook along with us, or watch and learn, as we teach you to cook an array of simple, delicious and nutritious recipes from different cuisines that you'll definitely want to add to your weekly meal list!

We provide information about meal prep, cooking tips and tricks, nutritional information, and advice regarding substitutions for food allergies or intolerances. All of our recipes and instructions are provided to participants prior to class, and come with recommendations to suit most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free. Classes can run for 30 or 60 minutes, depending on how many courses you wish to include.

Due to COVID-19 all cooking classes are now being offered virtually. So, whether you want to learn to cook as a family, teach the kids essential cooking skills, have fun in the kitchen with friends, or help to improve the health and wellbeing of your staff, contact us to find out how we can support you.
