Greek Yoghurt Chocolate Mousse





This 5-ingredient dessert is light and fluffy and so delcious! And the Greek yoghurt packs a protein punch, making this a sweet treat you can enjoy without the added guilt.



Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Milk (dairy or any plant based milk)

  • 200g Dark chocolate 70%, chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon Pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt




Directions

  1. Add the milk and chocolate into a medium sized saucepan over a low heat. Heat the milk until the chocolate melts, stirring occassionally and being careful not to let it boil. Add in the maple syrup and vanilla extract and gently mix to combine.

  2. Remove from the heat and pour in the Greek yogurt. Mix together until smooth and well combined before transferring to individual bowls or glasses.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with grated chocolate and fresh raspberries. Store in the fridge for 2 days. Enjoy!
